This Privacy Policy explains how VividSoftLab ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Solid: Quit Porn Addiction mobile application (the "App"). We built Solid to be private by design: your recovery data belongs to you and stays on your device, with the limited, clearly-described exceptions below.

1. Summary

Your streaks, journal entries, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device. We never see them.
Messages you send to the AI Coach are transmitted to an AI service provider to generate a response.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple / Google and our subscription partner RevenueCat.
The Adult Site Blocker filters content entirely on your device. We do not see, log, or transmit your browsing or DNS activity.
We do not use advertising networks, sell data, or run third-party analytics or tracking.
We do not require an account, name, or email address to use the App.

2. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:

Streak progress, milestones, and relapse history
Journal entries
Statistics and activity data
Onboarding answers and personalization choices
App settings and preferences
Your AI Coach conversation history (stored locally; see Section 3 for what is transmitted when you send a message)

If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it. We have no copy and cannot recover it.

3. AI Coach

When you send a message to the AI Coach, the text of your message and recent messages from that conversation are transmitted securely to our AI service provider, OpenRouter, which routes them to a large-language-model provider to generate the coach's reply. This is the only purpose for which your messages are transmitted.

Messages are not linked to your name, email, or any account, because the App does not collect them.
We do not use your messages for advertising or sell them to anyone.
Please avoid including personal identifying information in coach messages.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. To manage subscriptions reliably, the App uses RevenueCat, which receives:

An anonymous app-generated user identifier
Device type and operating system information
Purchase and subscription status (product, price, renewal state)

This information is used solely to deliver and restore your subscription. We do not receive your payment card details; those are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

5. Adult Site Blocker

The Adult Site Blocker works by installing a local VPN configuration on your device that filters DNS requests against a blocklist of adult websites. Important facts about how it works:

All filtering happens on your device. Your traffic is not routed through any external server.
We do not see, collect, log, store, or transmit your browsing history, DNS queries, or network activity — blocked or otherwise.
The VPN configuration exists only to enable on-device filtering and can be disabled at any time in the App or in your device settings.

6. App Store Ratings

The App may invite you to rate it. Ratings and reviews are collected and processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies; we do not receive any personal information from them.

7. Permissions

VPN configuration — required only to enable the on-device Adult Site Blocker (see Section 5).
Notifications (optional) — used only to show supportive reminders on your device. Notification content is generated locally.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates only the following third parties, for the purposes described above:

Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and app distribution
RevenueCat — subscription management
OpenRouter — AI Coach responses

The App contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no tracking services. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

9. Data Security

Data stored on your device is protected by your device's built-in security. Data transmitted to the services listed above is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

10. Data Retention and Your Choices

Local data: retained until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
Coach messages: we do not store your messages on any server of our own. Handling by the AI provider is governed by its privacy policy.
Subscription records: retained by Apple/Google/RevenueCat as required to service your purchase and meet legal obligations.
You may disable the Site Blocker, notifications, or the AI Coach at any time; the rest of the App continues to work.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 17 and over and deals with mature subject matter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will assist in addressing it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
